So yesterday my husband and I went to return the mattress, cause our back was still hurting us. So I bought the mattress it was still cover on the 30 days refundable. So when I bought the mattress they said that I didnt need a mattress protector since I already had one. So we tried to return it and they said since I didnt buy the protector I couldnt exchange it, when they had told me that I didnt need to purchase. Long story short. They said in order for them to exchange I had to purchase one, so I didnt have any other choice but to buy one. So my bill came to $1000 +for exchange, pad and delivery. NOT RIGHT

We cancelled the very next day and they are stating that someone will call us about our refund ... From what I'm seeing here I'll bet they did not cancel the order ...

I ordered a mattress and adjustable base on 3/21/2021. I had to wait a week with no information on when my order was coming in. Then I finally received my order only to get the mattress. I called Metro mattress in Canandaigua, NY where I purchased the items. They told me they couldn't do anything because it came from the warehouse. But they said on 3/29 they would call the warehouse to see what they could do??? Needless to say, no one called be back. So on 3/30/21, I called Metro again with the same answer. So they gave me the warehouse number with a new sales order, and they are now going to send me the base. I just want to say, why is it my job to call and get things done. Metro should be my contact to get things done??? I think I deserve something for my work on getting the job done..

What ever you do if they ask if you need a cover say yes. Cause I said no and they refused to return my mattress, even though I had told them that I have one. Do now I wind up paying $1080 more for en exchange, mattress cover and delivery. Im not happy with them

To whom it may concern: On January 21, 2021, I went into the Metro Mattress Store on 3859 Union Road to make a purchase. I was helped by the sales representative Alex. When I purchased this mattress, I had requested delivery to Evansmills when I am currently living. There was not issues with the purchase or requesting delivery, until I tried to contact the store in regards to the delivery. I continued to call the store to get a status of when the mattress would be delivered so I could ensure that I would be home at that time. I finally had to go into the store, because I wasnt getting a phone call back. When I went into the store, three to four days after the purchase, I was told that the delivery was never input in the system and they would call me to schedule a time. I received a call and was told that the mattress would be delivered on 2/5 but now am being told they cannot make the delivery because they dont have any other deliveries in that area and "dont want to make the trip for that one item". I find this situation to be very inconvenient to customers, I felt like I have gotten the run around and now the ball is dropped. I need assistance in this matter, as soon as possible. Being a loyal customer, I want to keep my purchase but I need to ensure that my delivery will be honored.

Worst possible process. Sent me the wrong stuff that was broken then tried to fix problem and only made things worse. Kept broken product because I didnt want to deal with sales team any more. Fixed product myself and have nothing good to say about my dealing with metro mattress

This company is the worst and I will never use it again or let others use it. Never got a call back and no care at all. Customer service sucks and so does the beds. U take advantage of old people during these hard times.

I’m not very I’m not satisfied with my TemperPedic mattress. I realize there is only a 30 day trial period to exchange your mattress, but I needed more time to make that assessment. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Instead I would recommend either buying direct from TemperPedic, or Bennington Mattress in Saratoga because they give 90 and 100 days trial periods respectively. I trusted how my salesperson guided me, and he was wrong. I went on the website and emailed Customer Service asking for someone in authority to either email or call me, and no one has. I’m extremely disappointed, and my joints ache because I need more support.

We made a huge purchase, and the mattress we tested in the store sure wasn't what we received. After many calls and returns to the store, they finally agreed to an exchange after the adjuster confirmed our concerns. We bought sheet sets too for an exorbitant amount, and they were crap. Make sure you read their fine print if you go there because there are no refunds, one exchange within 30 days. We're still not happy, but our options have run out. Don't buy the free pillows speech either because nothing is "free" from this company. Run away from them.

My wife and I spent almost $4000 On a new mattress set and after 1 night of sleeping on it were very dissatisfied with the quality. Mattress in the store was more comfortable than the 1 we received. Was told it was an as-is sale but we definitely will be wanting a refund

Went to Metro Mattress - Geneseo NY. Bought a twin size mattress for $700. They include a free mattress pad & pillow. Delivered 2 weeks late because the salesman's wife had a baby??!! Come home from work - it's on the floor & doesn't look like the one in the showroom. Call them - give it some time they say. Call again in 3 days - still not any thicker than 2"! I call them a total of 8 times to get someone to come see this mattress. They come - no it's not right - will file report. Call them again - manager is MIA. Call again in 3 days. Manager is back! Says yes they will exchange for the same mattress or give me $300 towards a new mattress. What happened to the $700 I paid? Oh the other $400 is for the mattress pad & pillow! What?? It cost more than the mattress? Why wasn't I told the pad & pillow were not free. So if I had said I don't want anything included in my purchase of a mattress - would I have paid only $300 for it? He doesn't know what to say. He just sputters and says Sorry. *** Scammers! Liars! Big Rip Off! And you know what - they DO NOT ever refund your money, so don't expect that.

10 weeks ago I contacted metro mattress about a defect in the mattress we bought about 2 years ago.We paid over $1000.00 for it.It took the warranty people over 6weeks to finally contact me.They said they could only come out to see it on the weekends.Very inconvenient but I agreed.The night before they are ready to finally come ,I get a call because the inspector can't make it.Now I am going on 10 weeks and no word from metro mattress or the warranty people.The sales person was no help at all.Do not ever buy anything from these people, worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!!!
