Purchased a firm Tempurpedic "breeze" Mattress from them. Salesman assured us that if we didn't like it we could exchange it for a softer mattress. After sleeping on it for 15 nights we decided the mattress was too firm so we told the them we wanted to exchange it. The salesman did everything he could to up-sell us to a more expensive mattress but Tempurpedic's next softer "breeze" mattress was $500 less than the one we originally purchased, so we ordered it. The salesman then refused to refund the difference - said its not their policy. He suggested I "fight it out with corporate".

In my opinion, before you walk into one of their stores, remember that you can't believe a word this company tells you.
